More than 100 people attended the various sessions of Congress, and presentations with representatives from Japan, Brazil, Mexico, Mongolia, Romania, India, Taiwan, Spain, Russia, Korea, Philippines, etc … also a living was enabled posters. The quality and level of the works presented was very high, as it was evidenced by the interest paid and the issues raised by the audience.
From September 25 to October 1, it was held in the city of Beppu (Japan) the 38th Congress of the Sith. The event, co-organized by the Japanese Association of Hydrothermal Techniques (the SITH Japan), the balneological Society of Japan (BSJ) and the World Organization for Cures (OMTh), has had as its main theme: «The Phenomenon Hydrothermal: interaction between Man and Earth »

The aim of the meeting in Beppu was the exchange of knowledge on environmental and earth sciences, engineering, medicine, pharmacy, humanities and social sciences, and tourism-related hydrothermal phenomena, and to deepen the contact between man and the earth.
